Beating Abdominal Pain From Bloating

Some days the abdominal pain, bloating and gas is unbearable

That picture is ME after eating dinner almost every night! I hate it! It almost gets to the point where I don’t want to eat because I can’t stand that feeling. I’ll be reading all the posts I can.

Hi! I’ve downloaded the document, the Pain-Free in what day, and it talks about how there are food types A,B and C and how to mix and not to mix them… But it doesn’t tell me which foods are A or B or C…

Where can I find this info? Thanks!

Hi Moni – in the free report it doesn’t mention foods A, B and C, it’s just a menu plan with recipes. Can you let me know where in the report you’re looking, what page, etc? Thanks.
