Hi I’m Dave Foy. I started this site back in 2010.
I’d suffered from problems with uncomfortable stomach bloating after eating for many years.
After a multitude of tests and hospital visits, and being fobbed off by doctors one too many times, I decided to roll my sleeves up and find out how I could help myself.
Fast-forward a few years (and LOTS of reading later!) I basically learnt that bloating problems are pretty much down to what we eat (though granted, there’s a fair amount more to it than that). Having pretty much gotten a grip on my own bloating problems, it occurred to me that it’d be a great idea to share what I’ve learnt with other sufferers. This site was born and the rest is history!
I really hope you enjoy my posts here. I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas, especially if you’re a bloating sufferer too.

PS: Just to be 100% clear: I’m not a medical professional, nor do I claim to be. I’ve just personally suffered a great deal with stomach bloating, have read (very) widely on the topic, and I’ve put what I’ve learned into practice, with a great deal of trial and error along the way.
