If you are regularly finding yourself feeling bloated you have my every sympathy. I’ve suffered with it for years and have only recently really found ways to stop it happening and relieve the symptoms.

Do you know why you feel bloated so often? Typically it’s because your body isn’t able to digest the food you eat very well. Your food is digested as efficiently and as quickly as it might so it ferments, producing gas and wind that bloats your stomach up like a balloon.
