Here are some of the steps mentioned:
- Lie down with your feet elevated.
- Wear loose clothes to avoid restricting your circulation.
- Get plenty of exercise.
- Cut right down on your salt intake and avoid caffeinated drinks.
- Drink plenty of fresh water every day.
- Ask you doctor about any natural herbal remedies you could take, like peppermint or dandelion root.
- Have patience and trust that you’re not going to feel like this forever!
